Malakia Shimwino

An accomplished professional, serves as the Managing Director of Artiste Investment Pty Ltd. In addition to his role at Artiste Investment, Malakia Shimwino holds the position of Director at MCG Namibia, a prominent entity specializing in crate manufacturing for Namibia Breweries. Moreover, he plays a pivotal role on the Board of Epupa Investech , an esteemed company entrusted with overseeing the annual distribution of N$1.2 billion in government funds for pension grants. With a robust academic background, Malakia Shimwino earned his LLB and later pursued an LLM in International Commercial Law at the University of Sussex in Brighton, United Kingdom. Upon completing his studies, he chose to apply his expertise to the family businesses. Currently, Malakia Shimwino is pursuing his MBA at the University of Science and Technology, further enhancing his

Pameni Hangala

holds a B.A in International Relations & Political Studies from the University of Witwatersrand. He later completed a MSc in Global Supply Chain & Logistics from the University of Sussex in the UK. Upon returning from the UK, Pameni become the MD of Hangala Foods, a subsidiary of the Hangala Group where he cut his teeth in the agricultural space from 2016 to 2022. Pameni later became the CEO of Hangala Group. The Hangala Group is a diversied Namibian rm with interests in Property Development, Agribusiness, Energy & Financial Services.

Jerome Namaseb

is co-founder and CEO of the Daures Green Hydrogen Village which has successfully raised 12.2m Euro funding for the deployment of a green hydrogen and ammonia pilot proof of concept facility to be launched in Q3 2024. Jerome is was previously the Head of Retail Transactional Banking at FNB Namibia, a leading nancial services provider in Namibia. Prior to joining FNB Namibia, Jerome worked at Old Mutual Namibia as an Actuary. Jerome also serves as a Non-Executive Director of MTC Maris. Jerome is a skilled energy and finance professional who completed his BSc. Hons in Actuarial Science and Mathematics at the University of Manchester. Jerome is also a holder of a Bachelor of Economics Honours and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
